When renting from us for the first time, you will need to fill in our rental agreement by following the link below.
When you come in to collect we require you to bring IDs.

These must be:
- Passport and Drivers Licence
- Credit Card / Debit Card
- Proof or Address (e.g. a current bill/bank statement with your name and address on it)
Please note: All customers are required to provide their passport as ID on their first rental.

If you live outside of Auckland and are unable to visit our store: You will be required to have the requested identifications (as above) sighted and signed by a Justice of the Peace.
NZ passport/Permanent Residency holders, no bond is required. If you hold an overseas passport, you will need to provide additional information (such as Visa) as well as a security deposit/Bond.
