Is your equipment insured when I rent from you?

Yes we insure your for all cover in nz, Our insurance is included in our prices.

How much is your insurance excess?

$800 or repair or replacement cost, whichever is lower

If I rent from you do I need to pay a bond?

No we do not require a bond but your rental invoice must be paid before your pick up

Do you have free delivery in Auckland?

We deliver and pick up free of charge in the Auckland central districts on rentals above $500. On all other rentals we are happy to arrange delivery or pick up for a small charge

Do you supply out of town rentals?

Yes we are happy to supply any rentals within NZ. We organize delivery to your door and pick up after your rental. We offer this service free on all week rentals of items under 25kg

Do you have free delivery and pick up?

Yes. All week rentals have free courier delivery and pick up

If I rent for a week and you courier to me when does my week start & finish?

For week rentals your rental start date is the date you requested the item for and runs for 7 days. We will arrange pick up on the morning of the 8th day. If your rental arrives early, your week still begins on the day you requested the items for.
