Is your equipment insured when I rent from you? |
Yes we insure your for all cover in nz, Our insurance is included in our prices. |
How much is your insurance excess? |
$800 or repair or replacement cost, whichever is lower |
If I rent from you do I need to pay a bond? |
No we do not require a bond but your rental invoice must be paid before your pick up |
Do you have free delivery in Auckland? |
We deliver and pick up free of charge in the Auckland central districts on rentals above $500. On all other rentals we are happy to arrange delivery or pick up for a small charge |
Do you supply out of town rentals? |
Yes we are happy to supply any rentals within NZ. We organize delivery to your door and pick up after your rental. We offer this service free on all week rentals of items under 25kg

Do you have free delivery and pick up? |
Yes. All week rentals have free courier delivery and pick up |
If I rent for a week and you courier to me when does my week start & finish? |
For week rentals your rental start date is the date you requested the item for and runs for 7 days. We will arrange pick up on the morning of the 8th day. If your rental arrives early, your week still begins on the day you requested the items for. |
How does a weekend rental work? |
Currently we have a special running. You pay only for a ONE DAY rental but keep the gear the whole weekend. Pickup is the Friday afternoon and return is on the Monday morning.

What are your opening hours? |
We are open from 8:30 till 17:30 Monday to Friday.
If you want to drop by over lunch time (12:30-13:30) please give us a ring first.
We are not open over weekends. |
What are your pickup and return times? |
Pickup is between 16:00 and 17:15 the day before your booked rental starts.
Return is between 8:30 and 10:00 the day after your rental ended.
Late returns will be charged at 1.5 times the full daily rate for each day late.

How do I pay? |
We have EFTPOS facilities on site so you can pay via DEBIT card, CREDIT card, CASH or CHEQUE. You could also pay via BANK TRANSFER a couple of days before your rental starts. |
Can I return gear outside of your normal business hours? |
Yes you can, but you will need to arrange it with us and a $50 Surcharge will apply. |
